Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing our YOWAYOW Tao Fortune Cards. We are committed to delivering products and services that meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with returns and refunds.
1. Return Period
You may return any item within 14 calendar days of receiving the product for any reason.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may also return it for a full refund at no cost.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
- The product can be opened and lightly used, but must be in resellable condition, free from damage, stains, or excessive wear.
- All original packaging, accessories, and promotional gifts must be included and in good condition.
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g. order number or invoice) must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- Items that are damaged, heavily worn, or missing key components;
- Return requests submitted after 14 calendar days of delivery;
- Returns based purely on personal preferences (e.g. dislike or unmet expectations) beyond the return period.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and approved, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer for non-defective returns.
5. How to Return
- Contact us at hello@yowayow.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and address.
- Carefully pack and ship the item within 7 calendar days after receiving instructions.
- Use a trackable shipping service to avoid lost packages.
6. Important Notes
- Please do not return any item without contacting us first, or it may delay or void your refund.
- If the product is damaged during return shipping, we may be unable to process the refund.
