We ship worldwide, including to the United States, Canada, Europe, and most other international regions. However, some remote areas may be ineligible for delivery. If your location cannot be serviced, you will be notified during checkout.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). This is the time required to confirm payment, verify your order, and prepare it for dispatch.

Shipping Time (Transit Time)
Once your order is shipped, delivery time estimates are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Other international regions: 7–15 business days

Shipping time does not include order processing time. Weekends and holidays are excluded from both processing and shipping timelines.

From the moment you place your order to the time it arrives, the total estimated delivery time is:

  • United States: 9–17 business days
  • Europe:7–12 business days
  • Other international regions: 9–17 business days

This includes both the order processing time (1-2 business days) and shipping time.

  • We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required.

  • Shipping fees are fully covered by us, including for remote or international destinations.

  • Customs duties and import taxes (if any) remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
By placing an international order, you agree to authorize us or our logistics partner to handle customs clearance on your behalf.

Tracking Information
When your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and includes all necessary details (e.g. building name, apartment number, ZIP/postal code). We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Depending on the investigation outcome, we may issue a store credit or arrange a replacement.

Out-of-Stock Items
If one or more items in your order are out of stock, we will ship the remaining items and issue a refund to your original payment method for the unavailable items.

Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel orders with unverified shipping addresses, or to require shipping and billing addresses to match. Orders flagged for fraud or high return risk may be reviewed or canceled.
